30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo or video (if item is damaged or defective)

Our support team will provide the next steps within 24–48 hours.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your Halo Mini arrives damaged or not working properly, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof.

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be processed and shipped.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Then contact your bank
